Erasmus+ Internship Administration

To ensure your Erasmus+ internship runs smoothly, it is important to complete several documents before departure, during the internship, and after returning. In this section, you will find an overview of everything you need to have ready step by step.

Before the internship:

1. Learning Agreement – the document will be sent to you by email after finding your internship.
2. Grant Agreement – after finalizing the Learning Agreement, you will receive a draft of the grant agreement.
3. Copy of your diploma / proof of graduation
4. Valid EU health insurance card
5. Erapo insurance

The administrative process is completed by submitting and signing the documents at our office in Bratislava. If you cannot come in person, the documents can be sent by mail.

During the internship:

1. Confirmation of arrival
2. Completion of Monitoring 1, 2, and 3

After the internship:

1. After the Mobility form
2. Completion of the EU Participant Survey
3. Monitoring 4
