Where can I do an internship?
The possibilities are really wide – you can do an internship almost anywhere, as long as the work is related to your field of study.
A host organization can be, for example:
- A public or private company
- A non-profit organization
- A start-up
- An educational or healthcare institution
- An association
- A ministry or embassy
- A research institute, archive, and many more
Where you cannot do an internship:
In organizations directly managed by the EU, such as the European Parliament, the European Commission, National Agencies, or National Banks. These institutions have their own internship programs.
Tip: When choosing an internship, focus primarily on the content of the work – it must be connected to your field of study for it to count as part of the Erasmus+ program.
